Finding a business to buy from, hire, or recommend shouldn't feel like a gamble. SPN Approved Businesses have completed our review and agreed to a shared standard of reasonable customer care.

What approval means
A meaningful level of confidence.
An SPN Approved Business has been reviewed by Spider People Network, and we're willing to vouch for it.
Based on our review, the business has a positive track record or acceptable references, no known unresolved serious customer problems, and has agreed to SPN's business standards.
Approval doesn't mean every order will go perfectly. Delays, mistakes, shipping problems, and disagreements can still happen. What matters is honest communication, reasonable business practices, and a reasonable effort to resolve legitimate problems.

Know the difference
Three groups. Three different meanings.
Approved Businesses
They've completed SPN's review and agreed to the program's standards. Approval doesn't automatically create an affiliate or promotional relationship.
Shop Partners
They meet the same underlying business standards and have a closer promotional relationship with the network. SPN helps connect them with participating creators and promotes them more actively. SPN doesn't take a cut of creator commissions.
Official directory
SPN Approved Businesses
An active listing here or in the official Discord directory is proof of current approval. Each listing will include the approval date, a short description, category information, contact information, and an available business website or storefront.

How approval works

The process is meant to protect the credibility of approval without turning ordinary business ownership into a pile of red tape.
Apply
The business shares its public information, policies, history, and any serious unresolved customer problems.
Review
SPN checks the business's track record, available reviews, community experience, and fit with the program's standards.
List and support
Approved businesses are added to the official directory. SPN remains available for guidance, customer concerns, and reasonable support when problems come up.
For members and customers
Start with the business.
Questions, concerns, and complaints about an individual order should go to the business first. Most problems are best handled directly when both people have a fair chance to communicate.
If the issue isn't resolved, the business isn't responding, or you want SPN's help, the Approved Business Help Request can start a private review.
For approved businesses
We're here to help you succeed.
Approval is more than monitoring. Businesses can ask SPN for peer feedback and practical guidance when a customer conflict or difficult decision comes up.
When a serious issue happens, reaching out privately and early gives us a better chance to understand the situation and support a reasonable solution.
About the Help Request
Start with the story. Evidence can follow privately.
The first form is text only. It opens the conversation and gives SPN the basic information needed to understand what happened. You can include your Discord username if you want us to contact you there. Screenshots, receipts, and other evidence can be shared later by email or Discord DM.
Approval has limits. Spider People Network doesn't complete another business's transactions, reimburse its customers, or accept responsibility or liability for its orders, products, services, animals, or conduct.
