Connect
Parents meet families who share their values. Kids get repeated chances to hang out until strangers start feeling like friends.
Spider People Kids Community is a moderated space on Discord for young spider lovers to learn, ask questions, share their spiders, and participate in fun, themed activities with other kids who share their interest. With parent consent required and clear safety guidelines in place, it’s designed to be a positive, structured environment that connects young spider keepers from spider-loving families. Spider People Kids Club
A safe, weird-friendly space where SPN families and their friends can connect, and kids can talk, build, play, and become friends.
What the Kids Club is
This isn’t a school, class, or career track. It’s a private place for Spider People families to find one another and for kids to spend enough time together that real friendships can grow.
Parents meet families who share their values. Kids get repeated chances to hang out until strangers start feeling like friends.
Kids don’t have to pretend to be normal here. Weird is welcome, and appreciated.
Chat, build, and game together in a relaxed space. Parents can check in or join the fun, and the Kids Club team is available when help is needed.
Parents stay connected, concerns are taken seriously, and the team responds when someone needs help.
Life inside the club
We’re starting with a small set of active spaces. No maze of channels and no homework disguised as fun.
Everyday conversation, memes, music, pets, games, and whatever everyone’s watching, playing, or laughing about.
Art, projects, pets, spiders, Minecraft free-building, group builds, build events, and other wonderfully weird creations.
Minecraft is available now. We’ll likely add scheduled Roblox and Fortnite parties later, with other games suggested and considered by families together.
Available now: Minecraft
Our spider-and-spooky-themed server was built by Spider People Kids Club members, with a little help from their friends. It includes warps to survival, creative, and build plot areas, plus mine coasters and an in-game shop that only uses Minecraft resources. There are no real-money purchases.
Parents stay in the web
Parents or guardians take part from the beginning. They can observe the kids’ Discord channels without posting, use a private parent chat, join game sessions, and participate at whatever level feels right for their family.
The Parent role is only for parents or guardians of children in the Kids Club. It isn’t general SPN access.
This isn’t only a place for kids to play. It’s also a place for families to spend time together.
When something goes wrong
Kids can disagree, misunderstand one another, or have conflicts. An adult may not see every moment, but parents can check in and the Kids Club team is available when help is needed.
Concerns are taken seriously. Parents have a clear way to contact the team, and sensitive details don’t need to become a public discussion.
Parents can observe, participate, ask questions, and help their child through a difficult situation.
Problems are handled carefully, compassionately, and thoroughly, with attention to the people involved and what the community needs next.
Joining the Kids Club
A parent or guardian contacts us first. We’ll answer questions, explain how Discord and Minecraft work, and help the family join the private Kids Club.
A parent or guardian tells us they’re interested and becomes the family’s main contact.
We talk through Discord, parent participation, game access, and anything the family wants us to know.
The child and parent receive the right private Discord roles and a friendly introduction to the space.
The parent privately sends the child’s game account and, if they want to play too, their own account.
Interested?
Enter a parent or guardian email and we’ll reach out with the next steps. This sends a Kids Club interest message, not a marketing signup.
