Nhandu chromatus (Brazilian Red & White Tarantula)

(You'll still find this one listed as Vitalius chromatus, but it was RE-reclassified in April 26' back to Nhandu). 

The way those red hairs stand out against the rich black abdomen, plus the white banding on the legs makes this one hard to stop looking at. Striking.

Ours burrowed a lot as a sling, but stays out on display as an adult. Fun feeding response, puppy dog eyes. An all around great choice. Love these.
